What We Do

The Winship School Parent Council (SPC) is a community of parents and guardians working together to make Winship a great place for our children. We support teachers and classrooms, organize school and family events, raise funds and pursue grants for programs and resources, and give families a voice in our school.Parent involvement is an important part of what makes Winship work. Your ideas, time, and voice matter. Every Winship parent and guardian is a member, and we hope you’ll join our Zoom meetings and be part of the conversation.

Because of their generosity, our students can experience so much more than the classroom — from field trips and music programs to arts, educational experiences, classroom supplies, and other opportunities that make learning exciting and memorable.Their support helps our scholars explore, create, discover, and experience new possibilities throughout the school year.Thank you for believing in our scholars and helping make these experiences possible. We are truly grateful for your partnership and support. 🦉💚

The Team

Go Fund Me

The Winship School Parent Council (SPC) is made up of parents and caregivers who volunteer their time to help support our school and our community. Our current Co-Chairs, Co-Treasurers, and Co-Secretaries help keep things moving, but the SPC is truly a community effort. And here’s the most important part: just by being a Winship parent or caregiver, you are automatically a member of the SPC. Your voice, ideas, and support matter. We’re always looking for more parents and caregivers to join in, whether you have a lot of time or just a little. You don’t need to take on a formal role; simply sharing your ideas, attending a meeting, lending a hand, or staying involved helps make our school stronger. There’s a place for everyone, and we’d love to have YOU be part of it. 🦉💚
